Gallery artist Ron Amir will participate in the exhibition ‘FIRE AND FORGET. ON VIOLENCE’, that will open at the KW Institute for contemporary art in Berlin on June 14th.

“Fire and Forget” is a commonly used term in military jargon for weapon systems that are launched from a safe distance from the enemy, reaching their target independently. The exhibition takes this concept as its starting point for an examination of the conventional ideas about war and force. The project revolves around the dimensions of violence that come with the new technological change.
